Sunderland has an exciting range of sports facilities and activities on offer, from sailing the seas to a game of touch rugby - there’s something for everyone to try. Many of the activities are free or discounted during Active Sunderland Month, so get active – give it a go! |

| Details | The Beach touch series is a series of eight competitions to be held between June and August 2011 across the North East.
