There are many opportunities to walk in Sunderland. Whether it be individually taking a stroll around your local park, or going on a more brisk walk as part of a group. Sunderland's Wellness Service, Sunderland's Walking Network and the Active Sunderland website have pulled together this information for you to access in one place.
The following pages have been designed to help you access walking opportunities citywide, provide information on what is available from both Sunderland City Council's Wellness Service led programmes and other Sunderland based groups/clubs.
